PRP Webinar 12: IWD 2022 Womens Leadership In DRR
This webinar commemorated International Women’s Day (IWD) 2022 and was hosted by the PRP Technical Working Group (TWG) on Risk Governance for Resilient Development. It celebrated Women Leadership in Disaster Risk Reduction (DRR) as a key aspect to strengthening risk governance and building resilience. It emphasized the Sendai Framework call for the mobilization of women’s leadership essential in achieving a gender equitable, inclusive and accessible approach to building resilience.
