PRP Taskforce
The objective of the Taskforce is to synchronize guidance and advice towards a consolidated leadership that empowers the successful execution of resilient development.

Establishment of the PRP Taskforce was considered as a pivotal and important first step to operationalize the PRP governance arrangements. Following the call for nominations, Members and ‘alternate’ members for the Inaugural PRP Taskforce were confirmed in April 2018.
Membership of the Taskforce
To ensure inclusive participation of key stakeholders identified in the FRDP, the PRP Taskforce is to include no more than 15 member (and an alternate) from the three groups of :
The Current Membership
The PRP Taskforce is currently chaired by French Polynesia representing the territories constituency.
The PRP Taskforce meets a few times a year. The PRP Taskforce is supported by the Support Unit. Collectively, SPC, SPREP and the Forum Secretariat (with support from other stakeholders) undertakes the secretariat and coordination functions.
The Taskforce, held their inaugural meeting on 23rd to 24th May, 2018 at the Pacific Islands Forum Secretariat in Suva, Fiji.
